1. Object

The purpose of these General Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “CGU”) is to define the conditions under which users (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) access the website www.ignee.fr (hereinafter referred to as “Users”). designated the “Site”) and use its services.

Users can place orders on the Site by following the order process indicated. Prices displayed are in Euros (€), all taxes included. Delivery costs are specified when ordering. Orders are subject to acceptance by Ignée Paris.

6. Intellectual property

All content present on the Site, such as texts, images, videos, logos, are the exclusive property of Ignée Paris or its partners, and are protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

7. Liability

These T&Cs are governed by the laws in force in France. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of the T&Cs will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.

Terms of Sales

1. Purpose and definitions

These General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “CGV”) govern the terms of sale of the Products offered on the website www.ignee.fr (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”). Buyer: User, aged 18 or legal representative of a legal entity, who purchases one or more Item(s). Product: jewelry, watch or any jewelry item offered for sale by the Site. Order: Item(s) paid for by a Buyer on the Site. Price: price in euros, all taxes included, offered for the purchase of a Product on the Site, excluding delivery costs. User: person who browses the Site and who can place an Order for Products.

2. Products

The Site offers online sales of second-hand jewelry. The Products are presented with the greatest possible accuracy, accompanied by a description and several photographs showing the Product from several angles. However, differences may exist between the Products and their representation on the Site.

3. Orders

Users can place an order on the Site by following the following process:
1/ Add the Product(s) of their choice to the basket
2/ Proceed to payment
At any time, Users can check the Products appearing in their basket, modify or cancel their Order or validate their Order by paying for the Products which have been previously selected in the basket. Payment for Orders can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, CB or Maestro) or by Paypal. Prices displayed are in Euros (€), all taxes included. Delivery costs are specified at the end of the order. Confirmation of the Order entails acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions and forms the contract. Any Order will only be validated after payment has been accepted. Following acceptance of payment, a purchase invoice will be sent to the Buyer by email. Ignée Paris reserves the right to cancel or refuse an Order at any time for any legitimate or legal reason. The customer will be informed by telephone or email.

4. Delivery

The Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer when placing the Order. Ignée Paris will not be held responsible for any error made by Buyers when entering their personal information and delivery address. Delivery prices are estimated during the Order process, depending on the country of destination. Ignée Paris undertakes to ship the Products within 5 working days. This period may be extended in the event of a restoration or modification request from the Buyer on at least one of the Products in their Order. Ignée Paris cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delivery delay not due to its fault. Ignée Paris is not responsible for delays caused by the customs services of the country of destination. Customs fees and other taxes must be paid by Buyers directly to the carrier depending on the country of destination. The Order will be delivered to the Buyers upon signature of a delivery slip. The Order will be considered delivered to the Buyer if it appears as such in the delivery tracking number set up by the shipping service used (Colissimo against signature, Fedex or DHL). Otherwise, Ignée Paris undertakes to guarantee any loss or theft of packages.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the Buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the Order to exercise his right of withdrawal. Return costs are the responsibility of the Buyer. The refund of the Order will be made upon receipt of the returned item, by the same means of payment used during the Order.

6. Return conditions

The refund or exchange of a Product will only be valid if the jewelry has never been worn and if it is returned in its original condition, in its original packaging and without any damage. Products made to size, personalized or transformed cannot be returned.

7. Disputes and complaints

In the event of a dispute or complaint, Buyers are invited to contact our customer service at contact@ignee.fr. We will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Ignée Paris undertakes to repair free of charge any manufacturing defect existing at the time the Product is delivered except in the event of an accident caused by the Buyer (accident, incorrect handling, use of corrosive products, non-compliance with maintenance conditions) .
