How can I pay for my order?

Payment for orders can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, CB or Maestro) or by Paypal.

How much does delivery cost?

Collection in store: free
France: free
Europe: 15€
Rest of the world: €30

What delivery method do you use?

All our packages are delivered via the Colissimo service against signature. Please contact us for express deliveries.

What are the delivery times ?

Ignée Paris undertakes to ship the products within 5 working days.
France: 1 to 3 working days
Europe: 3 to 5 working days
Rest of the world: 5 to 10 working days

Please note that customs fees and other taxes must be paid by buyers directly to the carrier depending on the country of destination.

Is my package insured?

Rest assured, all our packages are insured up to the amount of your order.

Is it possible to return an item?

Yes. In accordance with current legislation, buyers have a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal. Return costs are the responsibility of the Buyer. Please note, products made to size, personalized or transformed cannot be returned.

How is my order refunded?

The refund or exchange of a product is only valid if the jewelry has never been worn and if it is returned in its original condition, in its original packaging and without any damage. Products made to size, personalized or transformed cannot be returned.

The refund of the Order will be made upon receipt of the returned item, by the same means of payment used when ordering.
