Antique sleepers in gold and rose-cut diamonds

Leverback earrings in 18k (750°/°°) gold and platinum composed of a small rose-cut diamond supporting a larger, beautifully worked and openwork bezel with a rose-cut diamond. These earrings hold another bezel pendant, itself set with a rose-cut diamond of comparable size. French work from the end of the 19th century. Eagle's head hallmark for 18 carat gold and traces of maker's hallmark.
